Designed as a tenant improvement for a growing tech company, Ubiquity blends flexible work environments with strong brand identity. The project included both office and data center components, requiring thoughtful planning to balance collaborative areas with technical infrastructure.

A coastal-inspired palette of blues and greens reflects both the company’s branding and the surrounding Encinitas environment. Patterned carpet tiles define zones within the open workspace, while bright green lounge areas introduce energy and softness.

The central collaboration area features communal work tables, mobile seating, and integrated lighting designed to encourage flexibility throughout the day. A built-in kitchenette and informal seating support team gatherings and casual meetings, while private offices and meeting spaces maintain functionality.

In the restroom, bold geometric tile creates a graphic moment that contrasts the softer tones of the main workspace, reinforcing the modern identity of the brand.

The result is a workplace that feels approachable, modern, and community-driven.
