This 3,600-square-foot tenant improvement combined three existing office suites into a unified workplace for a financial services firm. The project included full architectural design, interior design, and FF&E procurement, reimagining a traditional office into a modern, connected environment.
The layout was opened up with glass-fronted private offices, creating visual connectivity and allowing daylight to flow throughout the space while maintaining privacy and professionalism. Sit–stand workstations were integrated in both private offices and shared work areas, supporting flexibility, wellness, and contemporary work styles.
A central lounge with a fully appointed kitchen and break area anchors the office, open to the main workspace to foster collaboration and a work-from-home sensibility. A lounge setting with integrated television supports informal meetings and daily use, while a large conference room accommodates formal gatherings and presentations. A traditional reception area was preserved to provide a polished, client-focused first impression.
The result is a balanced workplace—modern yet refined, collaborative yet professional—designed to support both internal culture and client experience.
