Sierra was a renovation of a 2-story coastal condominium with a focus on the beautiful ocean views. The interior architecture was carefully reworked to frame expansive views, maximize natural light, and create a seamless flow between spaces by increasing window sizes and creating a unique interior window to allow the view to be seen from the primary bathroom. A calm palette of warm wood tones, light flooring, and subtle textures establishes a calm, modern foundation throughout the home. The goal was to make the view the focus of the home. The primary suite and bathrooms were designed as private retreats, featuring spa-inspired layouts and minimal, intentional finishes. Something new was incorporating the spa-like tub into the primary bedroom, allowing an unobstructed view to the outside.
