Retail Insite

Located along the Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 101) in Solana Beach, this project involved the renovation of a former mid-century Bank of America building, transforming it into a collaborative corporate headquarters for HP Investors and Retail Insight. The building held personal significance for our studio, having once served as our own business bank, making it an honor to steward its next chapter.

Our firm provided full architectural and interior design services, along with complete FF&E procurement, reimagining the space to support transparency, collaboration, and modern workplace culture while preserving the building’s mid-century character.

The design introduced glass-enclosed offices, open work areas, and sliding glass office doors, allowing natural light to flow throughout and creating a strong sense of connection across teams. High ceilings reinforce openness and flexibility, while light oak flooring and thoughtfully selected mid-century-inspired lighting maintain warmth and architectural continuity.

The resulting environment balances heritage and modernity, honoring the building’s original identity while supporting a dynamic, forward-thinking workplace. The project reflects our belief that adaptive reuse can be both deeply personal and highly functional—creating spaces that inspire collaboration while respecting their architectural past.
