Lot 21 is a custom residential new build located in Hawaii, designed in close collaboration with the project architect from the earliest phases. The home was conceived to embrace its tropical setting through open planning, strong indoor–outdoor connections, and carefully framed views. Warm wood tones, light neutral finishes, and natural textures create a calm foundation that complements the surrounding landscape. Living spaces were designed to feel expansive yet inviting, balancing scale with comfort and livability. Bedrooms and bathrooms were approached with a resort-inspired feeling, incorporating spa-like details and thoughtful material continuity. The result is a refined island residence that feels architectural, relaxed, and deeply connected to its environment.
