This project involved the remodel of eight common area restrooms—four men’s and four women’s—for the Garden View complexes in Encinitas. Porcelain wood tile flooring was introduced to echo the exterior wood elements, creating a cohesive connection between interior and exterior spaces. Updated fixtures and faucets incorporate subtle black accents, complementing the existing window and door frames throughout the complex. Integrated lit mirrors were selected to elevate both function and experience, adding a contemporary layer while maintaining a refined, hospitality-inspired feel in these high-use common areas.
