The design emphasizes indoor– outdoor connection, taking full advantage of the site’s proximity to the Pacific, while structuring clear spatial organization that supports the restaurant’s operations, circulation, and gathering areas.

A signature feature of Draft’s architecture is a spacious, open plan that encourages flexibility—from welcoming beachgoers during the day to accommodating large groups and game-day crowds in the evening. Expansive openings, thoughtful structural rhythm, and expressive architectural gestures help bridge the lively boardwalk context with the dining environment inside. Seamless transitions between indoor seating, outdoor patios, and boardwalk activity foster a sense of place that feels both rooted in its locale and elevated in experience.

Draft has also become known for its large LED media wall, which anchors the interior with engaging visual content and contributes to its identity as a destination for sports viewing and social engagement.
