Designed as a contemporary interpretation of maritime architecture, this oceanfront condo draws inspiration from the form of a vessel. Curved wall and ceiling details subtly reference the hull of a ship, creating a softened architectural envelope that guides movement throughout the space.

The use of stone and walnut throughout provides warm and grounds the interior, while stainless steel kitchen counters introduce a refined industrial edge reminiscent of marine-grade detailing. The large use of glass from bedroom to bathroom and mirrored elements throughout are used to create uninterrupted ocean views.

Clean-lined furnishings, integrated lighting, and modern detailing keep the space feeling current and uncluttered. Every material choice was intentional, durable, tactile, and reflective of its’ coastal environment.
