The Beverly West is an ultra-luxury condominium tower located on Wilshire Boulevard in the heart of Los Angeles’ prestigious Westwood neighborhood. Rising 22 stories and comprising just 35 exclusive residences, the building is defined by its boutique scale, privacy, and expansive views overlooking the Los Angeles Country Club.

Our studio was commissioned to design the common areas, lobby, and executive offices, and to source and supply all FF&E throughout the common spaces, including the pool areas. The design approach emphasized elegance, restraint, and material richness, establishing a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere appropriate to the tower’s discerning clientele.

The lobby materiality was carefully curated to feel both artful and residential, featuring original fine art sourced from a local gallery, anchoring the space within Los Angeles’ cultural landscape and introducing narrative and authenticity. The custom-designed rugs, conceived by our studio and produced by Kyle Bunting, add depth, texture, and subtle pattern, reinforcing the tactile quality of the space. Furniture selections were intentionally curated to resonate with a globally minded clientele—world travelers with refined, discerning taste—balancing sculptural presence with comfort and timelessness. Select exquisite furniture pieces by Hudson contribute craftsmanship and understated luxury, while reinforcing the architectural language of the interiors.

The executive offices were furnished with custom-designed pieces by HBF, supporting both functionality and refinement. Across all shared spaces, including lounges and pool environments, FF&E was selected and coordinated to maintain continuity, durability, and a cohesive design narrative.

Together, the architecture, art, and bespoke furnishings establish a timeless and elevated residential experience, reinforcing Beverly West’s position as one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive condominium towers.a
